I contacted Customer Services re an out of stock item. The customer advisor contacted me and explained the stocks were particularly low on this item but she managed to locate one in the warehouse for me and arranged for it to be sent for me. I’m a regular customer and the response received has made me feel a valued customer. Thank you Gruum.

Love products and great customer service, good value

I have bought Gruum products before and love them.Simply packaged,great quality and so reasonably priced.Recently there was a problem with the dispatch date which was delayed however I contacted Gruum via email and they responded promptly and resolved the issue almost immediately and kept me updated .Will continue to buy products in the future.

Great product smells great feels lovely on my skin sun screen gives good coverage without being greasy.The cooling body soap is lush !!! I made contact with customer service had very quick reply and will definitely recommend and reorder

The suntan cream for face is exceptional a great product that gives you a great tan, smells good as well
Downside not the easiest bottle to get the cream out of, but that’s a minor grumble

Just a warning to consumers taking their three free soaps deal that whilst the soap might be great, your card details are added to Facebook Pay during the checkout process, which means that your credit card / bank card details are stored on Facebook which is (to my knowledge) not very secure at all.... I had to go onto Facebook and manually remove my card details. So please do that if you don't feel comfortable with having your details stored there.

Gave shampoo bars and this company a first try recently. I have nothing but glowing reports on both.
I will never buy a plastic bottle of shampoo full of chemicals again. Shampoo bars are the way forward.
Gruum packaging is also nicely designed and plastic free. Good response to questions also.

Fantastic products. The shampoo bars and conditioners are lovely. My hair has never felt and looked so good. Love the little storage containers too. Customer service excellent as had a question on my last order. Highly recommend.

Received my order. Unfortunately one item was damaged but after an e-mail another has been despatched straight away. Can’t wait to try my products.

Newbie and had a couple if questions at the outset. Quick honest reply received within 24 hrs. Unusual these days!

Do not trust this company, their sunscreen does not work
I opened a new bottle of their sunscreen applied a thick layer of it waited half an hour before going out, I was in the sun approximately 1-hour my face went bright red, I am now dark brown
I was trying to keep the sun from my face this is the second time it's happened with their sunscreen it doesn't work avoid at all costs

Excellent customer service. Excellent products. What’s not to like?

I accidentally created two orders for the same products due to an ApplePay issue, emailed the customer service team and they cancelled one of the orders and refunded me immediately. Very fast and very nice customer service! Shout out to Ruby!
Also their products are lush
